From the minute I walked through the door to the minute I went and picked up my dress, Susanne and Lauren were both fantastic and made me feel oh so special on every visit I made to the store.
I wouldn't say I was the easiest to please as I wasn't sure on what type or style I was looking for or what would look best but they excelled in helping me out with this.. They seemed to know exactly what I liked and what I was looking for without even me knowing! They showed me and let me try on a few different styles but when I tried on the one, it was definitely the one. I was also able to customise the dress however I liked which was excellent although I didn't change a lot as it was already so stunning!
From then on, every appointment/fitting was so warm and welcoming with them having the very same enthusiasm as they had the 1st day I had gone in.
I would highly recommend getting the dress of your dreams from this shop. Not only are their dresses gorgeous, their customer service is also top notch!

"After trying dresses on in a couple of bridal shops, I was feeling a bit down as nothing really suited my stature or me as a person. I went along to Susanne Christyne not really expecting to find ‘the dress’, but within 30 minutes of speaking with Susanne and Lauren we had designed a dress on me.
The making of the dress obviously takes some time and I have to admit I was a bit nervous about going for my first fitting, however, I really loved the whole experience and it had the desired, tear-jerking effect on my dear Mum too!
From beginning to end I have not only admired the hard work ethic of Susanne and Lauren, but also enjoyed my time with them. I have always been made to feel at ease and they have always considered my views and ultimately pulled out from my psyche the dress of my dreams. I cannot thank you both enough".
